We will be running two separate 4-day camps over the two weeks of spring break:
Week 1: March 17–22
Week 2: March 24–29
Cost:
Full 4-Day Camp: $100
1-Day Stroke Camp: $30
Start Times:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday- 5:30-7:00pm
[30 min Dryland/Activation + 1hr Swim]
Saturday- 8:00-10:00am
[30 min Dryland/Activation + 1.5hr Swim]
Each camp day will focus on a specific stroke:
Day 1- Butterfly
Day 2- Breaststroke
Day 3- Backstroke & Dives
Day 4- Freestyle & Turns
You have the flexibility to:
Choose individual days to focus on a particular stroke.
Participate in all 4 days to hone your skills across all strokes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for swimmers to refine their techniques with targeted coaching in a supportive environment.
