Session Break Down

13 and Over

Arrival and Activation: 7:15 am Warm-Up: 7:30-8:20 am Session: 8:30 am -12:30 pm

12 and Under

Arrival and Activation: 2:15 pm Warm-Up: 2:30-3:20 pm Session: 3:30-6:30 pm

The age groups will compete in the following events

Events 9 and under: 50 Fly, 50 Back, 50 Breast, 50 Free

10-year-olds: 50 Fly, 50 Back, 50 Breast, 50 Free

11 and 12-year-olds: 50 Fly, 100 Back, 100 Breast, 50 Free

13 and 14-year-olds: 100 Fly, 100 Back, 100 Breast, 50 Free

15 and over: 100 Fly, 100 Back, 100 Breast, 50 Free
