Intro to Swim Officiating Clinic
(Timers Clinic)
When: Wednesday March 27th, 2024
Where: Maple Ridge Leisure Center, MP Room #4
Time: 7:00-8:30pm
Please note that you will receive 2 Member Participation Points for participating in the course, and 1 bonus MPP point if you sign up for a Timer person at the "RMSC Spring Invitational" coming up on April 6th and 7th.
What is the responsibility of the timer?
Timers are responsible for the timing of swimmers using the semi-automatic timing equipment (plungers) and/or watches.
Two timers per lane are generally required for a session.
After this clinic, you will be qualified to volunteer as a timer at the next swim meet
