Richmond Rapids PASS Meet # 1
When: Saturday October 16th
Where: Watermania, Richmond, BC
Time: 8:45am-12:00pm
Who should attend: Any swimmers who are 11 and older in Youth 1 and Youth 2, and who hit the standards below for the events that are being offered
Events:
100 IM or 200 IM, 50 BF, 50BK, 100 FR or 200 FR
*All swimmers will swim the 50 BF & 50 BK. Coaches will decide which swimmers will swim the 100 IM or 200 IM and 100 FR or 200 FR based on ability, skill development, readiness etc. Minimum standard to be able to swim the 100IM is that it is done legally and under 2:10. Swimmers must be able to perform the 100 FR under 1:50 with flip turns in order to swim the 200 FR.
Team Gear: Swimmers must bring their HSSC T-shirts(if they arrive in time for the meet!), goggles, HSSC Swim Cap, Black or dark blue 1 piece suit for girls, and Jammer or brief style swim suit for boys, extra towels, water bottle, and some light healthy snacks
Cost: $10.00 per swimmer + $18.00 for Swimmingly registration (paid only once) + $5.00 Meet Admin Fee
Covid Procedures: Swimmers will be allowed to have 1 PARENT on deck with them during the meet, and all swimmers/coaches/volunteers must wear a mask at all times while on the pool deck
