Starter Clinic
Role Explained: A "Swimming Canada Starter" is a race official responsible for starting swimming races, ensuring fair and equal starts for all competitors. Working closely with the Referee, the Starter gives the command to begin each race and judges the fairness of the start, making adjustments as needed based on the level of the swimmers.
